当地国家每年补抓的数量有一定的控制范围。帝王蟹平均成长时间 8-12 年并到了品尝规格才能进行补抓,正因这些条件帝王蟹是无法人工养殖,也就是价钱昂贵原因之一。我们的阿拉斯加帝王蟹每周都会直接空运到我们这里,因此供应稳定,质量控制到位,以确保我们的客户获得最好的产品。
The Alaskan King Crab is the sweetest of all crabs and it is huge, one of the largest edible crabs in the world - ranging from 2.0 kg to 5.0 kg for each King Crab.
Catching King Crabs in cold treacherous waters is a dangerous job. When fishing for Alaska King Crab, certain legal requirements must be met — the majority of which revolve around crab size and the fishing season. For example, only the male Alaskan King Crab can be kept, and quota limits are strictly enforced. All these factors contribute to why the King Crab commands a premium over other seafood. With a luscious, almost creamy texture, the flavor is sweet and delicate.

Steamed Live Coral Trout Plectropomus maculatus - Known as one of the four king fish in Singapore. The flesh is soft, flaky, and succulent, providing a satisfying taste at every bite. These Coral Trouts are caught wild and imported directly from Sabah. Many consider this as the premium species of Grouper, and it is best eaten steamed, accompanied by our home made Soya Sauce, accompanied by garnishes and deep fried pork lard.
