Our lobster porridge has been our signature since 1999, and it’s the dish many diners come for. We use two lobsters: Asian rock lobster from warm tropical seas, for delicate sweetness and tender texture, and Australian lobster, for firm, rich meat. Slow-simmered for hours, the signature broth brings out the best of both, giving a silky, velvety porridge that sits at the heart of every table.

Teochew cold crab is a classic Teochew delicacy that lets the natural sweetness of fresh crab shine. At Orchid Live Seafood, we select premium roe crabs, steam them to perfection, then chill them to firm up the meat and bring out the rich, golden roe. Served cold, it tastes pure and ocean-fresh, a refreshing dish that captures the essence of Teochew cuisine.

The 20-year-old recipe of the Steven Chicken has been passed down for generations, and has been our best selling meat dish since Orchid Live Seafood was founded. The dish consist of wings and drumbeats, with their meat pushed to the end of the bones, stir-fried in our signature sauce and drizzled with fragrant sesame seeds.

White pepper crab is a Singapore seafood favourite for people who like their crab fragrant and peppery rather than saucy. Ours is cooked to order from fresh crab and seasoned with white pepper, so the sweetness of the crab comes through with a warm, aromatic kick.

Our Alaskan King Crab is specially imported through our own seafood division, Seafood Origin, so it arrives fresh and in top condition. The legs are thick and meaty, with sweet, tender flesh and a delicate, succulent texture that pulls away from the shell in generous chunks.

Our wild-caught Sabah coral trout (东星斑) is prized for its delicate texture and naturally sweet, succulent meat.
